Trainz Living Railroad is an automated system that brings any Trainz route to life by automatically dispatching trains based on industry needs, assigning instructions to available drivers and executing pickups and deliveries.

Living Railroad also provides the opportunity for players to claim tasks and complete them manually both in single player and multiplayer modes.
